Our vegan blueberry cheesecake is completely raw, refined sugar-free and gluten-free too. It's perfect to serve on warm days as a cool, sweet dessert. The crust on it's own is incredibly delicious made with a mix of almonds, berry powder, coconut sugar, coconut and lime. Then we have the Wonderful creamy pink blueberry layer followed by the white chocolate layer and a zesty blueberry swirl on top which makes it look so pretty and festive.
